EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF CONCRETE WITH RECYCLED TYRE-RUBBER WASTE AS FINE AGGREGATE MATERIAL

Waste tyre-rubber disposal is a serious global problem, posing severe danger to the environment. This present study aims investigate performance of concrete utilizing recycled waste as partial replacement for natural fine aggregate. Three different sizes crumb rubber were combined produce well-graded sample. Based on various trials, mixed proportions M30 grade and percentages determined. The test specimens prepared. Experimental investigations have been carried out mechanical, durability temperature properties developed Crumb (CRC). In this study, replaced aggregate in percentages, such (0, 5, 7.5, 10 15) %. Microstructural analysis was also with EDX scanning electron microscopy (SEM) visualize CSH gel under conditions. found that (CRC5) 5 % optimum percentage replace develop concrete. tests concluded proposed model rubberized suitable any structural elements exposed acidic environmental
